Compensation: ₹7 LPA base + ₹2 LPA variable

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale an AI-driven recruiting platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and US-based stakeholders to define product requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution in an Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineering in Agile/Scrum sprints
  • Collaborate with US stakeholders on requirements, demos, and updates
  • Track product performance using analytics tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of product management experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence and product analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working US hours
