Location: Kraków

Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

About the team: The ADX Solutions Analyst will contribute to the success and growth of BBH’s Alternative Fund Services business by supporting delivery of the ADX investment program. This role will help translate business needs into scalable solutions by analyzing service gaps, documenting requirements, supporting testing, and coordinating with service delivery, technology, product, and other stakeholders through production deployment and ongoing production use. The analyst will support ideation, prototyping, solution proposals, issue resolution, and adoption activities that advance BBH’s Alternatives data strategy while improving workflow, control, and operational scale. 

Based in Krakow, this individual will collaborate closely with colleagues across service delivery, systems, product management, and client-facing teams in Boston, Luxembourg, London, and Krakow.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Support execution of the roadmap for BBH’s expanding ADX investment program, helping to deliver initiatives aligned with business priorities and user needs. 
  • Continued support of growing user community and production support needs.
  • Collaborate with client service, product, technology, and operations stakeholders to gather business requirements, document current-state and future-state processes, and support solution design. 
  • Assist with acceptance testing, defect triage, release readiness, and production deployment activities to help ensure solutions are implemented effectively and sustainably. 
  • Support onboarding, training, and adoption activities for internal and external users of new and enhanced ADX capabilities. 
  • Serve as an internal advocate for technology-enabled process improvement, helping streamline workflow, reduce risk, improve controls, and build operational scale. 
  • Help identify, assess, and address product and service gaps, overlaps, and deficiencies, including by preparing analysis, recommendations, and supporting documentation. 
  • Contribute to BBH’s enterprise-wide data strategy and development program, with a particular focus on Alternatives data, reporting, workflow, and digital servicing capabilities. 
  • Track open items, decisions, risks, and dependencies across assigned initiatives, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up with stakeholders. 
  • Support a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture across geographically dispersed teams. 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in alternative investment fund servicing, asset servicing operations, digital product support, technology delivery, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC delivery frameworks, including requirements documentation, testing, and implementation support. 
  • Demonstrated interest in using technology and data to improve business processes, user experience, control, and scale. 
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to break down complex business problems into practical next steps. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation, status updates, and presentation materials. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with virtual and geographically dispersed teams. 
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure while managing multiple and competing priorities. 
  • Prior experience supporting change initiatives, including planning, implementation, user readiness, or post-implementation support. 
  • Creative critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through to resolution. 
  • Proven collaborator with a team-oriented, continuous-improvement mindset.
