Job Description

Automation Testing :

Location: Noida

Experience: 5-8 Years

Mandatory Skills:

Automation Framework Creation for Testing, Any Build Management & Integration - Continuous Integration (CI/CD), OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Web Analytics Testing, Java, Selenium, REST Assured, API Automation, BDD – Cucumber, Junit, Oracle

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable automation frameworks supporting multiple test types (UI, API, integration).

• Define automation strategies and identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage and efficiency.

• Optimize automation scripts for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Conduct code reviews of automation scripts ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

• Mentor team members in automation tools, frameworks, and coding practices.

• Create and maintain robust test data setup/teardown routines and reusable step definitions/utilities.

• Own automation solutions end-to-end, including framework design, execution stability, CI/CD integration, and results analysis.

• Produce, review and maintain test documentation and runbooks (execution steps, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding notes).

• Support defect triage and RCA for automation failures in collaboration with client teams and drive improvements to reduce flaky tests.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation efforts with business requirements and release timelines.

• Drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution processes.
