Position: Tech Lead – Python Location: Pune (Baner) Experience: 7–9 Years Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We're hiring Tech Leads with strong, hands-on Python experience to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable applications, while mentoring a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and hands-on development in Python
- Write, review, and optimize production code
- Mentor engineers and drive code quality/best practices
- Collaborate with product & cross-functional teams
- Own technical decisions and resolve performance/scalability issues
Requirements
- 7–9 years overall experience, primarily in Python
- Strong with Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Solid grasp of DS/algorithms, OOP, REST APIs
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Prior Tech Lead or senior IC experience with team mentoring
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Docker/Kubernetes exposure is a plus
