Position Overview:

The Product Analyst for Oracle FCCS plays a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes and requirements that reside on Oracle Hyperion, translating them into functional specifications. They work closely with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to support the migration of process while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with product lead, finance process teams and technical teams to configure & design solutions that meet business needs
  • Apply industry best practices in EPM financial design and configuration for scalable and auditable solutions
  • Configure and support Oracle FCCS module
  • Participate in developing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective scrum execution.
  • Support change management, training, and testing activities across user groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst, in Oracle EPM context
  • Familiarity with Oracle FCCS/HFM application services and understanding of business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodology
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred skills/certification:

  • Certified SAFe Agilist or similar Agile certifications
  • Oracle FCCS/HFM certifications
  • Understanding of Oracle FCCS/HFM financial processes, configuration, and solution design
