JOB TITLE Infrastructure Senior Project Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY The Infrastructure Delivery Senior Manager is accountable for the end to end governance, delivery, and strategic alignment of multiple, complex infrastructure transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role provides senior leadership to multi disciplinary, geographically distributed programme and project teams, ensuring consistent execution, high quality delivery, and measurable business outcomes.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Programme Ownership: Lead major infrastructure programmes end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and operational transition.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop programme charters, business cases, roadmaps, KPIs, and outcomes aligned with IT and business strategy.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish strong governance, steering committees, controls, and executive reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and finances.
  • Delivery Management: Coordinate multiple infrastructure workstreams, managing schedules, resources, dependencies, and delivery methodologies.
  • Leadership & Stakeholders: Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong engagement with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Risk, Change & Resilience: Proactively manage risks, changes, and operational impacts to improve infrastructure resilience, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Financial & Vendor Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, vendors, contracts, SLAs, and supplier performance.
  • Business Value & Success: Deliver programmes on time and within budget while achieving strategic objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, operational improvements, and audit-ready governance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2 mandatory, with MBA, MSP, ITIL, and Agile/SAFe certifications preferred.
  • Programme Management Experience: 12+ years of IT programme/portfolio management experience, including complex, multi-year enterprise infrastructure transformations.
  • Infrastructure & Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data centres, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, ITSM, and enterprise architecture.
  • Financial, Vendor & Governance Management: Proven ability to manage $5M–$50M budgets, multi-vendor programmes, contracts, and governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Leadership & Delivery: Excellent project management, risk management, decision-making, prioritisation, and ability to lead cross-functional teams while driving accountability and results.
  • Communication & Business Alignment: Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and build effective stakeholder relationships.
