Role: Data Analyst

Location: Mumbai, India

About the role:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing daily performance trackers for beauty brand, analyzing brand performance across platforms, and providing actionable insights on what’s working and what’s not. This role will also oversee day-to-day brand execution, ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, products, and internal teams while maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing:

Performance & Analysis

  • Maintain and update daily performance trackers for LBP across platforms.

Build dashboards and reports to analyze campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and consumer engagement.

  • Identify key drivers of growth and areas of concern, providing recommendations for

improvement.

Brand Execution

  • Handle day-to-day execution for the brand, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and product teams for smooth operations.
  • Manage Gift With Purchase (GWP) and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) programs across

platforms.

  • Ensure accurate and timely raising of Purchase Orders (POs) and clearing of invoices.

Financial & Spend Management

  • Track brand spends across campaigns and platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to allocated budgets and highlight variances.

Support finance team in reconciliation and reporting.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, experience matters.
  • 2–4 years of experience in MIS, brand operations, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
