Requirements

A bachelor's degree in IS&T or a related field is required, though four years of equivalent experience may be substituted. Candidates must have at least two years of experience with computer applications and LIS system analysis, with medical laboratory experience being mandatory.

Full description

The analyst is responsible for daily production support for the UCH Laboratory systems and implementation and support of designated Lab instrument interfaces and software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. The analyst works with users to define system functionality, information flow, reports and data requirements, develops specifications and documents operational procedures, tests software, and coordinates software release procedures.
