Product Manager, Member Experience 

We're hiring a Product Manager to own the digital experience for our members, focusing on our mobile app and other member-facing technologies. You'll drive the roadmap, dig into what members need, and work closely with our dev team to ship features that make their experience better. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog 
  • Gather requirements from members, staff, and internal stakeholders 
  • Partner with engineering and design to scope and ship features 
  • Create Product Requirements Documents and corresponding user stories 
  • Run user research and testing to validate what we build 
  • Track success metrics and let data guide decisions 
  • Operate as scrum master for the product team 

What We're Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer apps 
  • Strong track record of managing roadmaps, writing requirements, and collaborating with development teams 
  • Comfort running user research to back up product decisions 
  • Great communication skills, you'll bounce between technical and non-technical folks 
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or member-centric experiences 
  • Experience managing vendor relationships 

What’s Nice to Have: 

  • UX/UI experience 
  • A/B Testing experience 
  • Technical know-how, able to understand APIs and basic architectural structure
