Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.

🚤 The role

With strong momentum in Europe, we’re now turning our focus to the US.

We’re entering an established market with strong local players, with a clear ambition: become the #1 boat rental marketplace in the US within the next few years.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution behind that growth, leading two product squads dedicated to the US market.

You’ll work closely with Click&Boat’s leadership team and play a central role in making our US expansion a success.

• US Market Launch & Expansion

You will own the product strategy for launching and scaling Click&Boat in the US — from product adaptation to geographic expansion.

• Vision & Execution

You can align a leadership team around a clear product vision, then turn it into concrete priorities that help your squads deliver maximum value.

• Decision Making

You’re comfortable making decisions with 40–70% of the information, using data to guide you without waiting for perfect certainty.

• Cross-Cultural Collaboration

You will work closely with tech, design, operations and senior leadership, bridging our European teams with the realities of the US market.

• English

You are fluent or bilingual in English.

🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• Experience launching or scaling a product in a new market, ideally the US

• Strong familiarity with the US market, from having lived, worked, or studied there

• Fluency in French and/or Spanish

🗺 The hiring journey

• HR call with Talent Acquisition,

• Interview with the Product team,

• Management interview with a case study to assess your skills and alignment with our values with our VP product and CPTO,

• Final call with Romain (Ops) to wrap up the process.

Contract: Permanent position

A competitive salary starting from €80K.
