Job description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving the successful delivery of software projects. This role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting development and testing efforts.

Job Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. * Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive technical specifications, functional specifications, and design documents. * Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new features and system enhancements. * Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and architectural guidelines. * Facilitate communication and understanding between business users, technical teams, and project management. * Participate in the design, development, and execution of test plans, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and user expectations. * Provide support during the testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and assist in resolving identified defects. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.

Job Qualifications**

Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (experience in railway, transportation, or industrial systems is a plus). Communication: Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and domain stakeholders. Technical Expertise: •    Strong skills in functional analysis and documentation (SRS, flows, use cases) •    Good understanding of system integration and interface concepts (no need to design ICD, but able to interpret and assess impact) •    Experience working in multi-system and migration environments is a plus
