Position: Software Engineer (Python, Unix/Linux, AI/ML)

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Direct Client Need

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design and conclude experiments to accelerate business capabilities in Generative AI for safetycritical development
  • Be obsessively passionate, inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and clearly communicate while confidently providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to multiple subprojects

Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Strong software development experience and skills
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux
  • Proficient in Python
  • Proficient in Full Stack Development
  • Proven execution skills in the development of complex systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly to large audiences
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of AI/ML through research or practice
  • Experience in deploying Generative AI powered applications
  • Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) development frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Haystack)
