This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, coordinating small teams, and delivering flawless execution.

Main Responsibilities

Planning & Preparation

  • Establish detailed timelines and allocate necessary resources (equipment, small crew such as a single operator or pixels manager).
  • Coordinate with logistics for shipping and returning equipment.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within allocation.

Project Execution

  • Oversee on-site production personnel and ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure PixMob protocols are followed for efficient installation and execution across permanent installations, LBE, and trade shows.
  • Anticipate and quickly resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients during events to ensure high satisfaction.

Follow-up & Reporting

  • Gather post-event feedback and properly document learnings.
  • Prepare end-of-project reports, including performance metrics and budget reconciliations.
  • Activate crisis communication plans in the event of an incident.

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant experience in project management, ideally in events, AV production, or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge of stage and scenic elements.
  • Flexibility to travel sporadically.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Autonomy and ability to make quick decisions with controlled impact.
  • Resourcefulness and strong adaptive problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English.

Languages & Inclusivity

You’ll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves international clients — US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture 💜. We welcome and value candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our job posting uses simplified grammar to make it easier to read across languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.
