Job Description

  • End-to-end project management for FPSO new build, conversion or upgrade projects, covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with shipyard, design institute, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget and in compliance with quality & HSE standards.
  • Control project scope, progress, cost and change management; identify risks and deliver mitigation solutions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular project reports, conduct client meetings, and act as the key single point of contact for project communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or related offshore engineering disciplines.
  • 8+ years offshore project management experience, solid track record in FPSO new build/conversion projects.
  • Familiar with offshore project EPCIC workflow, marine standards and HSE management systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, cost control and risk handling capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, capable of full English working communication with international clients.
