Job Description
- End-to-end project management for FPSO new build, conversion or upgrade projects, covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with shipyard, design institute, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget and in compliance with quality & HSE standards.
- Control project scope, progress, cost and change management; identify risks and deliver mitigation solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular project reports, conduct client meetings, and act as the key single point of contact for project communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or related offshore engineering disciplines.
- 8+ years offshore project management experience, solid track record in FPSO new build/conversion projects.
- Familiar with offshore project EPCIC workflow, marine standards and HSE management systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, cost control and risk handling capabilities.
- Fluent in English, capable of full English working communication with international clients.
