Job Description
Regional LATAM Informatics Delivery Manager | Barueri, Brazil
Lead Clinical Informatics service delivery across Latin America, improving customer experience, operational performance, and business results.
Your role:
- Lead Clinical Informatics service delivery across Latin America, including team performance, customer escalations, and partner delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders across the region.
- Improve business performance through accurate revenue forecasting, clear governance, and performance tracking.
- Lead and develop a diverse, multicultural team, creating a culture of accountability, trust, and collaboration.
- Help expand delivery capabilities by developing partners and improving service processes. This role follows a hybrid model, with three days per week in Barueri.
You’re the right fit if:
- You have strong experience leading service delivery or service operations across multiple countries.
- Your skills include people leadership, revenue forecasting, performance management, partner development, and continuous improvement.
- You have a customer-success mindset and experience handling complex customer situations and escalations.
- You’re fluent in English and bring strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Experience in information technology, healthcare, banking, or another regulated industry is preferred. Knowledge of Clinical Informatics and practical Lean experience are a plus.
