W2 Role Hiring: Java Full Stack Lead Developer  Location: Lake Mary, Florida and Boston, MA – Hybrid, Pittsburgh, PA and New York, NY (3–4 days onsite) Experience: 13+ Mandatory in-person client interview

We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong experience in modern Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native development, and Angular. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications and microservices
  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
  • Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and MQ
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical delivery

Required Skills: ✅ 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience ✅ Java 21+ preferred ✅ Strong Spring Boot and Microservices expertise ✅ Angular 19+ and RxJS ✅ Docker and cloud-native application development ✅ Kafka and message queue technologies ✅ Relational and NoSQL databases ✅ Advanced SQL — query optimization, joins, stored procedures, database design ✅ AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf ✅ Git and Agile methodologies ✅ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
