Product Manager
Vi Tel-Aviv, Tel-Aviv District, Israel
Wellness and Fitness Services · 11-50 employees
About the role
You will identify and source exclusive datasets to strengthen the company's proprietary data foundation. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end evaluations of new data opportunities and integrate them into production to drive product value.
What they look for
Requirements
The role requires 1-3 years of experience in product, data, or analytical roles with strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Candidates must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, high learning velocity, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Full description
- Vi is an enterprise AI platform for health enterprises - healthcare, biopharma, and wellness. We deploy agentic AI and predictive models into production environments where the output drives next best actions for patients, care teams, and operations to deliver ROI and improve health outcomes.
- Vi's Data Web is the proprietary data foundation behind our products and our strongest competitive advantage. It combines many layers of licensed, client-provided, Vi-created, and market data into reusable signals that power every product squad.
- We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and technical Junior Product Manager to help ensure Vi's Data Web is the strongest in the industry. You will identify differentiated data opportunities, evaluate them hands-on, build external partnerships, and determine how new signals should be ingested and used across Vi's products. You should be comfortable moving between Python or SQL analysis, partner conversations, product thinking, and hands-on prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Source exclusive data: Identify emerging data companies, unique datasets, collection methods, and partnership opportunities that could strengthen Vi's products.
- Own evaluations end-to-end: Lead each opportunity from first conversation and sample access through profiling, quality analysis, commercial assessment, and a clear go/no-go decision.
- Translate data into product value: Explain what a dataset contains, how it should be modeled, joined and refreshed, which Vi use cases it improves, and how impact should be measured.
- Create proprietary signals: Design experiments, partnerships, collection programs, and tools that allow Vi to capture data unavailable elsewhere.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product/data/analytics or another highly analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills including Python, SQL, and a critical mindset, with the ability to explore datasets, inspect schemas, and test assumptions hands-on.
- Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful, with the instinct to find opportunities, open doors, and build practical solutions without waiting for defined instructions.
- Exceptional learning velocity and curiosity; able to understand unfamiliar data domains, technologies, markets, and product use cases quickly.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, high ownership, rapid iteration, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Preferred: Understanding of healthcare data, claims, providers, patients, life sciences, or regulated data environments.
- Excellent spoken English
Your first 90 days
- Weeks 1-3: Hands-on learning the full Data Web and related industries, where the gaps are, how different products use it, and for which use cases.
- Weeks 4-7: Own your first 2 evaluations end-to-end, including analysis, recommendation, and proposed ingestion approach.
- Weeks 8-10: Ship one new signal source into production, end-to-end.
What success looks like
- Evaluation throughput increases, including faster iterations to decline/onboard new opportunities.
- Net new signals you source or create are deployed into Vi products.
- Your work improves coverage, match rate, data quality, predictive lift, and product performance.
