Lead Data Scientist

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical professional who can evaluate complex data, identify meaningful trends and insights, and translate technical findings into clear, actionable information for business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings, models, and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and improve analytical models, reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher – required
  • Comfortable presenting to senior and C-level leadership
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful information for stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

Compensation: $51.00-$65.00/HR

Location: Houston, TX
