As a Technical & Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of Nestlé Professional's trade assets and technical solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical support excellence, preventive maintenance programs, quality compliance, and food safety standards while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

A Day in the Life of a Technical & Quality Specialist

  • Manage and supervise third-party technical service partners to ensure high service quality and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdown rates across assigned regions.
  • Manage trade asset requests, approvals, replacements, write-offs, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Conduct machine demonstrations and provide technical training to operators, service partners, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) across the business.
  • Act as the guardian of food safety, quality compliance, and technical standards within Nestlé Professional.
  • Monitor spare part utilization and forecast future technical requirements.
  • Support the development and deployment of new technical solutions and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical services, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, or related functions.
  • Experience working with equipment maintenance, technical support, or operational excellence programs is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
