General Responsibilities
- Logistics & Delivery: Oversee daily HK last-mile distribution of pharma, cold-chain items, dangerous drugs, and medical devices to public/private healthcare clients.
- Operations & Routing: Optimize scheduling, dispatch, delivery routes, and 3PL/courier SLA performance.
- Cold Chain & Contingency: Manage active/passive temperature-controlled transport; execute contingency plans for emergency deliveries and weather/traffic disruptions.
- Standards & SOPs: Draft and enforce SOPs.
- Validation & Audits: Lead route risk assessments, transport validations, and seasonal vehicle mapping; maintain audit-ready logs for statutory and client inspections.
- Investigations & RCA: Lead root cause analysis (5-Whys, Fishbone) for temperature excursions, delays, and shipment discrepancies.
- CAPA & Change Control: Implement CAPA plans and execute formal Change Control before altering routes, packaging, monitoring hardware, or 3PL vendors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Admin, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in HK transport/logistics operations, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role. Pharma, cold-chain, or medical device experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TMS, WMS, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and ePOD software.
- Languages: Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
