Job Title Product / Systems Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Product / Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business analysis, investment workflows, requirements gathering, backlog management, documentation, user acceptance criteria, and product validation.

This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting product development initiatives, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Gather, evaluate, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Create and manage product backlogs, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals.
  • Define detailed acceptance criteria for features, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Support investment and business workflow analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Prepare functional requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and system documentation.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements review sessions.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate delivered functionality.
  • Collect, analyze, and incorporate pilot program feedback to drive product enhancements.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support change management and stakeholder communications throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements based on user feedback and business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
  • Expertise in defining acceptance criteria and supporting Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
