Overview
Join our team as a Project Manager, Social where you’ll play a key role in the delivery of key messaging and community building for a national brand. This role has multiple touchpoints and requires a high-level attention to detail. With a passion for all things social, this role requires someone with deep knowledge of social platforms, an eye for trends, and an ear for sentiment.
Please note this is a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
Content Calendar Management:
- Curate and manage a detailed content calendar.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for consistent messaging and scheduled collaboration posts.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Proactively engage with relevant posts from other accounts, including those of moms and community members, to foster growth and build relationships.
Strategic Trend & Competitive Analysis:
- Proactively identify emerging trends and analyze competitor programs to recommend new opportunities for brand presence.
- Support strategic thinking on content direction, recommending relevant content themes and formats to ensure social relevance and audience engagement.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Implement social listening to track brand mentions and sentiment.
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years’ experience as a Community Manager or Project Manager in the social space.
- Demonstrated aptitude for measurement, working with data and insights and actioning them into effective campaigns.
- Organized, process oriented with keen eye for detail and an ability to understand and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Passion for storytelling, innovation, and delivering results.
- Previous experience working on clients in the corporate and FI space is an asset.
- Previous experience working on consumer-packaged goods is an asset

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$70K-$80K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
