Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the customer and Operations teams throughout project delivery
- Manage project costs, revenue reporting, forecasting and change management to ensure projects remain within budget
- Develop, coordinate and monitor project and contractor schedules, including programme preparation and tie-ins.
- Lead project pre-planning, resource forecasting and inventory management to support efficient project delivery
- Work closely with management to coordinate major equipment and material purchases
- Attend construction planning meetings, project meetings and site walks as required
- Support the management of quality control, health and safety and compliance across all projects
- Provide support to site teams and field operations to ensure projects progress efficiently and to programme
- monitor project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with required QA/QC standards
- Review daily reports, site records and other project documentation
- Review, approve and submit vendor and customer invoices, ensuring project details, dates, rates and costs are accurate.
- Ensure compliance with CDM requirements and other applicable project legislation.
- Monitor and support environmental compliance throughout project delivery.
- Manage NEC/JCT contract administration, including contractual requirements, variations and change management.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Civil Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience managing CIPP, Manhole Coatings and other types of trenchless rehabilitation construction required
- Organised, detailed oriented and possess excellent time management and Microsoft Office skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel or both ling and short term projects
