Visual Designer Trainee
Are you an art or design student ready to begin your journey as a Visual Designer? Join us to create and adapt visual assets for presentations, infographics, websites, campaigns, events, and internal communications while building a strong portfolio alongside experienced designers.
Internship Purpose
To develop professional expertise in visual design while supporting the delivery of engaging, brand-compliant visual assets across digital and print channels. The Intern role provides hands-on experience in visual communication, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration within the Visual Design team.

Key Tasks & Success Measures
- Create and adapt visual assets for presentations, infographics, digital communications, and marketing materials across multiple projects, with success measured by their quality and consistency.
- Support visual production for websites, campaigns, events, and internal communications while demonstrating progress in technical and creative skills.
- Apply brand and visual identity standards consistently to all deliverables under the guidance of experienced designers.
- Participate effectively in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and creative projects, incorporating feedback through design iterations and collaborating well with other designers.

Requirements:
- Mandatory active student status in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual design skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to incorporate feedback and develop work through design iterations.
- Understanding typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency on B2 level.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.
- Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
What we offer:
- A contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross
- Internship for a minimum of 3 months p, with the possibility to extend to 6 or 9 months.
