Location: Bonita Springs, FL, Nashville, TN Department: Sales & Marketing / Operations
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and business-focused Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary owner and administrator of our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and continued evolution of Salesforce to support Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical Salesforce expertise with a consultative mindset, enabling them to translate business needs into scalable solutions. They approach the platform with a Salesforce architect mindset, thinking beyond immediate requirements to design scalable, sustainable, and well-governed solutions that align with the organization's long-term business and technology objectives.
This individual will drive user adoption, improve operational efficiency through automation, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful reporting and analytics that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage user access, security settings, system configurations, and platform maintenance.
- Evaluate business requirements through an architectural lens, ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise best practices and future growth objectives.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, data management, and quality control processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support and training.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive Salesforce adoption across the organization.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, best practices, and new functionality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a proven track record of successfully building, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, PBM, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, reporting, and user security.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. Possesses a Salesforce architect mindset with the ability to consider platform design, data architecture, integrations, governance, technical debt, and long-term scalability, regardless of formal architect certification.
- Ability to balance tactical business needs with strategic platform design, serving as both a trusted administrator and a forward-thinking Salesforce solution architect.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects from concept through implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
