TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

 

In this role, you will work closely with Marketing Segment Leaders, providing technical expertise across our product portfolio, ensuring effective product lifecycle management, and coordinating with our Research & Development team on the design and development of the next generation of medical solutions.

You will become part of a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers and Segment Leaders, where collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

 

Key resposibilities

  • Act as an active product owner throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Drive new product development and support innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with R&D and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable medical standards and regulations
  • Work closely with Quality and Service teams to maintain high product reliability and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product performance evaluations and field research in hospitals and other healthcare facilities
  • Identify and implement opportunities for product cost optimization

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Technical, biomedical, or life sciences background
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Previous experience in product and/or project management or product design
  • At least two years
  • Understanding of medical equipment design and functionality is an advantage
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English, both spoken and written
