This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Vertical) based in United States.

This is a strategic product leadership role focused on shaping healthcare technology solutions within a customer experience and communications platform.You will own the healthcare product vision and roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, compliance, and business impact.The role combines deep technical product management with direct engagement across healthcare providers, IT leaders, clinical stakeholders, and enterprise customers.You will drive integrations with major EHR ecosystems and healthcare standards, including FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and Epic APIs.Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, security, legal, and customer success teams, you will translate complex technology into measurable customer value.The position offers an opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy, enable commercial teams, and shape innovative AI-powered healthcare communication experiences.This is a remote U.S. opportunity, with an onsite expectation for employees located within 40 miles of the Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters.

Accountabilities:

  • Own healthcare product strategy: Define and evolve the healthcare product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures while balancing market demand, technical feasibility, customer value, and commercial objectives.
  • Drive market and customer insight: Act as the voice of healthcare customers by engaging providers, IT administrators, care teams, and enterprise decision-makers to identify needs, validate use cases, and translate feedback into product priorities.
  • Lead healthcare integrations: Define and launch integrations with EHR and practice-management ecosystems using technologies and standards such as FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and Epic App Orchard APIs.
  • Shape technical product direction: Partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable SaaS workflows, APIs, integrations, provisioning capabilities, analytics, and multi-tenant administration features tailored to healthcare requirements.
  • Ensure healthcare-grade compliance: Work with security and legal stakeholders to incorporate HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, PHI protection, authentication, data security, and other relevant compliance requirements into product development.
  • Support enterprise sales: Participate in strategic sales cycles by demonstrating product capabilities, explaining integration architectures, and communicating product value to both technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Enable go-to-market teams: Partner with product marketing to develop positioning, technical content, demos, whitepapers, integration guides, launch materials, and other resources that differentiate healthcare solutions.
  • Monitor the market: Track healthcare technology trends, competitive offerings, customer expectations, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
  • Build cross-functional alignment: Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, implementation, security, and legal teams to successfully bring healthcare products to market.
  • Represent the product externally: Serve as a subject-matter leader through industry events, webinars, customer advisory boards, and other healthcare technology forums.
  • Drive outcomes: Measure product performance through customer value, adoption, business impact, and market feedback, continuously refining the strategy based on evidence and results.

Requirements:

  • Product leadership experience: 8+ years of product management experience within SaaS, cloud, communications, or related technology environments, including at least 3 years focused on healthcare technology.
  • Healthcare product expertise: Proven experience delivering SaaS products or integrations for healthcare organizations, such as EHR, CRM, patient engagement, or healthcare communications platforms.
  • Technical depth: Strong understanding of API design, integration architectures, authentication, data security, enterprise SaaS, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • EHR integration expertise: Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards and APIs, particularly FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and/or Epic App Orchard.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, patient communications, PHI, HIPAA, HITRUST, and related compliance considerations.
  • Commercial orientation: Experience partnering with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success teams and supporting enterprise or strategic customer engagements.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer benefits, business outcomes, product requirements, and compelling narratives.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, design, marketing, security, legal, and go-to-market stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Preferred experience: Background in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, healthcare AI, patient engagement, multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise provisioning, or API ecosystems.
  • Additional credentials: Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are advantageous.
  • Leadership mindset: Strongly results-oriented, analytical, pragmatic, collaborative, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a customer-first perspective.
