A CFO Assistant / Project Manager supports the Chief Financial Officer by coordinating financial operations, and leading strategic initiatives like budget cycles, system upgrades, and cost-control measures. This high-visibility role combines administrative precision with financial project execution Essential Duties Project Management: Lead finance-related projects, such as annual budget rollouts, software implementations, and audit preparations. Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, drafting memos, reports, and executive presentations. Process Improvement: Track strategic goals, analyze workflows, and identify cost-saving efficiencies. Executive Support: Manage the CFO’s calendar, arrange travel, and screen correspondence with high discretion. Performs special projects as needed Qualifications: Education and Experience Requirement(s) Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. 2 to 3+ years of combined experience in executive support, financial analysis, or project coordination.
