Full description

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you’ll lead complex Salesforce consulting engagements and help clients shape and execute their digital transformation roadmaps. You’ll connect business strategy with Salesforce capabilities, drive value across multiple clouds, and work closely with client stakeholders and implementation teams to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions.

Your mission

  • Lead consulting engagements across single and multi-cloud Salesforce projects, taking ownership of functional delivery and contributing to larger transformation initiatives
  • Advise clients on their digital roadmap, identifying opportunities to generate business value through Salesforce
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, backlog items, and prioritized initiatives based on business impact
  • Define, optimize, and document industry specific business processes and support business process re-engineering initiatives
  • Prepare and facilitate client workshops for ideation, requirements engineering, process design, and solution alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for senior and C-level stakeholders, connecting Salesforce initiatives with broader business and transformation goals
  • Collaborate closely with implementation teams, bridging the gap between client stakeholders, internal teams, and technical delivery
  • Support CRM adoption and change initiatives through documentation, training, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice guidance
  • Contribute Salesforce expertise to client pitches, business development activities, and strategic transformation discussions
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce capabilities and digital trends, translating relevant developments into opportunities for clients

Your profile

  • Fluent German language skills are required, both written and spoken — this is a key prerequisite for the role
  • Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, ideally within mid to large-scale implementation and transformation projects
  • Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds and the ability to advise clients on cross-cloud capabilities and solution approaches
  • Experience managing functional workstreams and taking responsibility for business requirements, backlog management, and prioritization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and database concepts within CRM implementation projects
  • Proven experience engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders and aligning Salesforce initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise wide Salesforce implementations, change management, and adoption initiatives
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping and process re-engineering, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into Salesforce-enabled processes
  • Experience defining Salesforce and CRM strategies, transformation roadmaps, and long-term capability development
  • Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills, using appropriate techniques to capture and manage functional requirements
  • Experience preparing and facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of CRM adoption, training, documentation, and Salesforce best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and implementation teams
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High sense of ownership, strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a commitment to transparency and continuous improvement
