We are seeking experienced Product Marketing/Product Management Lead to drive the success of the marketing operations of our semiconductor portfolio.
Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
Business Planning:
Own bottom-up forecasts by product/customer/region, and channel (short term and long-term), in collaboration with regional teams and product managers.
Integrate design-win pipelines, backlog, distributor POS, and macro seasonality.
Pricing Management:
Understand market trends, customer willingness to pay, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions.
Align pricing with cost evolution and margin targets; manage price book, optimize pricing through lifecycle phases (intro, ramp, maturity, tail)
Portfolio Management:
Analyze business performance, track key metrics like revenue, orders, forecasts etc. and identifying key actions with product managers.
Manage multiple product families with understanding of manufacturing facilities, market dynamics and facilitate inventory management and product end of life decisions with product managers.
Cross-Functional collaboration:
Collaborate with regional teams to share and gather insights, identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment and execution of product and pricing strategies.
Partner with central teams to implement new programs and corporate projects.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Track and analyze market intelligence on competitors, including financials, product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Identify competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to inform product and marketing strategies.

Semiconductor Knowledge: Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, product development & manufacturing operations
Business Acumen: Ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity and balance the trade-offs between revenue, profitability, and investment
Analytical Capability: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Financial skills: P&L, ROI, breakeven, sensitivity analysis; comfort with data analytics and dashboards
Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and execute operations, manage resources, negotiate and meet deadlines.
Teamwork: Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions & HQ.
