Due to recent growth in our business across the region, we are looking for a commercial real estate project management professional in the Hong Kong team.

Job Description

How you would contribute to business:

  • Support the delivery and execution of the project/s assigned
  • Liaise with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers
  • Assist the design management process from concept through construction documentation
  • Prepare cost estimation and manage tendering process and contract administration
  •  Support procurement activities, manage the contracts and services for and on behalf of the owners/clients
  • Supervise construction works on-site and coordination of trades
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules
  • Contribute to identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, ensuring issues are promptly addressed.
  • Ensure proper project close-out and handover of projects to clients/owners
  • Assist in monitoring project financials, including tracking invoices and supporting timely payment collection from owners/clients
  •  Other functions to be assigned by the Project Director/Team Head

Qualifications

Skills that help you excel in the role:

  • University degree holder, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management or related discipline
  • Formal training in project management / building surveying / interior design is preferred
  • Assistant Project Manager: 2 years+ of solid experience in running commercial real estate projects.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
  • Experienced in delivering international quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value.
  • Proven participation in development planning and execution experience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast-paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with design software, e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign, SketchUp, etc. will be an advantage
