Work environment

As a Business Consultant, you are responsible for providing expert advice and support in addressing complex business challenges. You identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective strategies to achieve business performance. You collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate change, and implement solutions that help organizations achieve their goals and maintain a competitive edge.

Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Control of (sub-)projects in coordination with the overall project management
  • Hypothesis-based approach to problem analyses and derivation of implementable recommendations for action
  • Professional management of junior advisors
  • Working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad
  • Development and presentation of storylines/boards as well as the (sub-)project results to customers at management level

Qualification requirements

  • Very good master's degree from a university
  • Solid consulting experience in a leading strategy consultancy; no more than 2 years ago
  • Specialist experience in the automotive industry
  • Practical experience in an intercultural working environment
  • German language level C1 and English language level B2
  • Excellent ability to identify and solve problems
  • Targeted communication and quick comprehension
