DarioHealth is looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet the needs of our healthcare organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other development teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs and solutions.
• Develop custom code, pages, and components to extend the functionality of Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Create and maintain data models, object relationships, and page layouts within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems, such as CRM systems, billing systems, and third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in the deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to different environments, following best practices and change management processes.
• Collaborate with the QA team to support system testing and resolve defects.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Health Cloud releases and new features, identifying opportunities to leverage them for improved efficiency and enhanced user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in building and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HL7, HIPAA.
• Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
• Advantage: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, or related certifications.
