What You’ll Do

  • Launch with purpose: Lead the development and rollout of Institutional Products across global markets.
  • Spot opportunities: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and define a clear product vision.
  • Listen deeply: Understand customer needs and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Build boldly: Create new products and improve existing ones to meet evolving demands.
  • Partner with tech: Work closely with engineering to shape implementation plans and timelines.
  • Drive the roadmap: Own the product strategy from concept to launch.
  • Lead with agility: Serve as a key stakeholder in the scrum team, collaborating with Product Owners to deliver high-impact features and exceptional user experiences.
  • Communicate clearly: Share ideas and updates in a way that’s persuasive, accessible, and tailored to your audience.
  • Deliver results: Own product performance metrics, including P&L, and ensure goals are met.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of product management experience with a strong record of launching successful products.
  • 4+ years managing software services products with revenue over $10M.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
