Full description

As a Project Manager (PM) for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will lead the successful delivery of projects within Oracle’s Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) organization, with an exclusive focus on the Nashville campus development and related initiatives. This role will serve as a dedicated leader for one of Oracle’s most strategic real estate investments, overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, governance, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, schedules, and long-term campus objectives. The Project Manager will establish and enforce project management standards, drive cross-functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement to ensure excellence in project execution across the Nashville campus portfolio. The role requires strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities to successfully coordinate complex, multi-phased development activities involving internal Oracle teams, external consultants, contractors, and public agencies. While occasional support for broader Americas region initiatives may be requested, the primary and ongoing responsibility of this role is dedicated to the Nashville campus project.
