Full description

TJM Labs builds AI-driven automation that strips away the repetitive, error-prone tasks slowing pharmacies down so teams can focus on patient care. Our bots handle prescription intake, fax processing, insurance workflows and more, helping pharmacies scale efficiently without adding headcount.

TJM Labs is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team.

We're expanding what we build — more features on our existing products, plus entirely new ones — and we're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can not only shape what we build but help build it. This is a hands-on role, roughly an even split between building and product work: about half your time writing code and building dashboards, internal tools, and automations, and half shaping what we build and why. You'll own product areas end to end and turn real client and operational needs into working software.

As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll support the development of internal tools, automations, and software products that help drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with technical and operational team members to build practical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.

What You'll Do• Own product features and new products from idea to shipped, setting the roadmap for your areas and prioritizing what to build next.

  • Build hands-on — code dashboards, internal tools, and automations, plus AI-assisted building with Claude.
  • Turn client needs and internal team pain points into working solutions: write clear specs and acceptance criteria, prototype, ship, and refine.
  • Work day-to-day with engineering in an Agile cycle, keeping the backlog focused and moving.
  • Think up new products and features, not just execute a set list.
  • Run fast feedback loops with clients and internal teams, using data and product metrics to validate what you build.
  • Own specific product areas end to end, from prioritization through launch and iteration.
  • A software engineering background — you can actually code and build, not just write specs and hand them off.
  • 2–4 years in product management, engineering, or a closely related role, having shipped software end to end.
  • Proficiency with AI and LLMs — comfortable building with Claude and using AI tools as a core part of your workflow.
  • Hands-on Agile / Scrum experience: backlog ownership, prioritization, and writing clear specs and acceptance criteria.
  • Data literacy — comfortable querying and analyzing data (e.g. SQL) to size problems, run experiments, and measure impact.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, software architecture, and how modern products fit together.
  • Product sense — able to prioritize, weigh user needs against effort, and decide what's worth building.
  • A clear communicator, fluent in written and verbal English, comfortable working across clients, engineering, and internal teams.

Nice to Have• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, automations, or data products.

  • Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated, workflow-heavy domain.
  • Familiarity with product and analytics tooling (Linear, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Experience taking products from zero to one, not only iterating on established ones.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Meaningful projects with direct business impact.
  • High ownership and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to work with AI-driven technologies and modern development tools.
  • A collaborative team focused on solving real problems for healthcare customers.
