This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem based in United States.
As Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem, you will shape how AI agents interact with security and compliance products.You will own external agent experiences across MCP, CLI, and marketplace plugins, making critical capabilities accessible through emerging AI platforms.The role combines product strategy, technical depth, ecosystem development, and hands-on execution from concept through launch.You will work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, legal, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver secure and reliable developer experiences.You will help define how agents discover, access, and safely use compliance intelligence while ensuring customers can accomplish key workflows across different product surfaces.You will also build relationships with AI platforms, technology partners, developers, and enterprise customers to expand adoption and ecosystem reach.This is a high-impact opportunity to help establish the product foundations for an increasingly agent-driven approach to security and compliance.

Accountabilities
- Own the agent ecosystem strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for external agent surfaces, including MCP, CLI, and plugins across leading AI and developer marketplaces.
- Shape agent access: Determine how AI agents discover, access, and safely use product capabilities, working closely with platform teams responsible for APIs, authentication, and related infrastructure.
- Drive outcome parity: Establish a product principle where workflows available through the core product can also be completed through MCP, CLI, and plugin experiences where appropriate.
- Lead launches: Drive marketplace and plugin launches from strategy through execution, coordinating product, engineering, legal, security, marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Build developer products: Partner with engineering and design to deliver secure, reliable, intuitive developer-facing experiences for AI agents and technical users.
- Develop developer-facing content: Create and support documentation, customer stories, educational resources, and other materials that demonstrate the value and use cases of agent-based product experiences.
- Develop ecosystem partnerships: Collaborate with partnerships and alliances teams on co-marketing and strategic initiatives with AI and technology platforms while maintaining strong awareness of developments across the agent ecosystem.
- Connect ecosystem opportunities to customer needs: Identify emerging opportunities and translate them into product initiatives that solve meaningful customer problems and support measurable business outcomes.
- Establish success metrics: Define adoption, quality, and engagement metrics, using customer feedback and product data to evaluate performance and continuously refine priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives: Navigate complex, ambiguous projects while maintaining alignment across technical, commercial, legal, security, and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Product management experience: 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to take products from strategy and discovery through successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Developer product experience: Proven experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products such as APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools.
- Technical fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, developer tooling, and related technical concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Hands-on AI experience: Practical experience building or working with AI and agent tools, rather than simply evaluating them from a strategic perspective.
- Strategy and execution: Experience taking complex products, ecosystems, or partnerships from initial strategy through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Ecosystem expertise: Ability to identify connections between technology ecosystem opportunities, customer problems, and measurable product outcomes.
- Partnership development: Experience building relationships with technology platforms, AI companies, developer communities, or enterprise customers.
- Cross-functional leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives involving product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, security, and go-to-market teams.
- Communication and judgment: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and comfort operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- AI mindset: Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to use AI responsibly to increase efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and improve impact.
