Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Project management team in China. The Project Manager will drive full PLM implementations starting from the requirement analysis phases, the product definition phases until the final Go-Live with great success and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the timescale respect and objectives achievement.

Responsibilities

  • The responsibility of the Project Manager on a Centric project is to ensure the project is delivered with all three of these metrics met:• On-time delivery
  • On-budget delivery
  • High customer satisfaction
  • Apply Centric Agile Project Methodology tools and practices for consistent and accurate project delivery and governance.
  • Regular reporting and follow-up on Project Status, Actions, and Risk. Review and own Project Scope
  • As a Centric Project Manager will typically have responsibility for more than one implementation project at a time
  • Travel is expected - either to customers or to team events.
  • As a general expectation, the majority of your working hours are expected to be billable to the customer
  • Collaboratively work on improving internal methodologies, processes, and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team
  • Experience in IT Project Management
  • Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM
  • Project Management or Agile Methodology Certification
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and/or ERP
