Full description

Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a CRM Project Manager. You can keep customer value at the centre while sales processes, data models, integrations and stakeholder expectations compete for attention.

The partner is developing a CRM platform supporting sales, customer service and digital journeys. You will lead the roadmap delivery, align business owners with technical teams and ensure that releases improve both user adoption and reliable customer information.

Technology delivery is treated as organisational change with technical consequences. The partner expects one coherent view across architecture, security, data, suppliers, users and operations from initial scope through stable ownership.

How you will work

You will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover.

As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. Seniority here means broader judgement and follow through, not distance from delivery.

What you will do

  • Lead CRM delivery across business and technology workstreams.
  • Translate process needs into prioritised implementation scope.
  • Coordinate configuration, integration, data and testing activities.
  • Manage releases, adoption, risks and supplier commitments.
  • Establish data ownership and operational support readiness.
  • Report progress through outcomes rather than feature counts.

What you will bring

  • Project management experience with CRM or customer platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder and process facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of integrations, customer data and migration.
  • Experience with agile and release based delivery.
  • Vendor, budget and risk management capability.
  • Professional English and clear business communication.

Experience that would add value

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Sales and customer service process design.
  • GDPR and customer data governance.

A background that can succeed here

You may come from IT project management, CRM consulting, product ownership or commercial transformation. What matters is that you can connect system decisions with the behaviour of sales and service teams and plan adoption as part of delivery.

What makes the opportunity interesting

The role combines visible customer impact with a platform that matters daily to the business. You will influence both the delivery system and the practical experience of the people using it.

The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.

The recruitment conversation

During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.

How to apply

Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into the profession and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.
