About Caravelo

At Caravelo, we are revolutionizing the travel industry with subscription-based solutions that help airlines and travel companies unlock new revenue streams while enhancing customer loyalty. Our SaaS platform enables seamless subscription management, helping airlines transition from traditional ticket sales to more sustainable, customer-engaging models like recurring subscriptions.

With a team of passionate innovators, engineers, and industry experts, we are building the future of travel technology. Headquartered in Barcelona, we operate globally, partnering with some of the world’s leading airlines to drive digital transformation and create frictionless, modern travel experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to ensure that our customers experience a smooth, efficient, and structured onboarding process from signature to launch. If you’re excited about helping clients implement cutting-edge solutions, optimizing onboarding workflows, and making an impact in a fast-growing SaaS company, we’d love to hear from you!

The mission

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong focus on client onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient, and structured implementation of Caravelo’s solutions. This role is key to delivering a smooth customer experience, ensuring that new clients adopt our SaaS platform successfully, from initial setup to full operational deployment.

As the primary point of contact during onboarding, you'll manage timelines, align internal and external stakeholders, and make sure milestones are met. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to streamline onboarding, get ahead of problems before they land, and make sure clients get real value from the platform from day one.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to streamline onboarding processes, address challenges proactively, and ensure clients gain maximum value from our platform.

Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, standardize onboarding best practices, and optimize workflows will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term product adoption. If you are passionate about delivering structured and impactful onboarding experiences, this role is for you!

Duties and responsibilities

Onboarding and project delivery• Plan, execute and manage multiple onboarding projects at once, keeping them aligned with company objectives

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables together with stakeholders
  • Lead the client-facing consultancy work: map out workflows, gather every

requirement, and turn it into the Functional Design Document that becomes the foundation for the project

Coordination and risk• Facilitate communication across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, keeping everyone aligned

  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and proactively spot and mitigate risks
  • Optimize resources, budgets and workflows for maximum efficiency

Reporting and post-delivery• Provide clear, regular reporting on project status, milestones and roadblocks

  • After go-live, keep a close eye on the project to confirm everything works as expected, and keep stakeholders confidently informed that it does
  • Manage and follow through on any product changes that come out of onboarding, making sure they get properly implemented

AI-assisted work

  • Use AI as a daily tool to speed up reporting, documentation and status tracking, including drafting the Functional Design Document, so more of your time goes to the client and the project, not the paperwork
  • Use AI to vibe-code small frontend changes or tweaks to config, JSON, or similar, when a small technical fix is faster to make yourself than to hand off

Required skills and experience

Must have:• 3+ years of experience in Project Management

  • Technical knowledge at an understanding level (not hardcore development) across frontend, backend, integrations, SQL, APIs and similar
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Teamwork)
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily to draft documentation, reports and specs, with good judgement about when to trust the output and when to double-check it
  • Sharp enough to use AI for small vibe-coded fixes (eg, a frontend tweak, a JSON edit) without being a developer yourself
  • An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Good to have:• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification

What we offer

  • Competitive salary structure with a clear progression framework.
  • Tax-free benefits: private health insurance, restaurant and transport cards, and kindergarten subsidies.
  • Flexible working hours and locations for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Hybrid work model with a vibrant Barcelona office.
  • Generous budget for training and conferences.
  • Regular company events and celebrations.
  • 23 days holiday.
