Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and support the planning, execution, and delivery of site engineering and facility projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with GMP, regulatory, quality, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute construction and facility expansion projects.

  • Define scope, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with QA, Production, Validation, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage contractors, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure construction documentation and IQ/OQ readiness, including FAT/SAT support.
  • Prepare project status reports and ensure smooth handover to Operations & Maintenance.
  • Civil Engineering degree with 10–15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/industrial sectors.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and construction management skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms, HVAC, and pharmaceutical requirements.
  • Experience in contractor, BOQ, and contract management.
