Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with a good understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM and Financials processes. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive project governance, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and solution review sessions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project escalations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business and implementation teams.

Oracle ERP Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate implementation activities across Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM workstreams.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with solution design.
  • Oversee testing, data migration, integration, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Support business process transformation initiatives and organizational change management.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
  • Track project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and project methodologies.
  • Conduct project health checks and post-implementation reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience.
  • 5+ years managing Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
  • Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes across SCM and Finance domains.
