We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain a business-critical Salesforce CRM environment used across commercial and support functions. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related requests, incidents, and user support while working closely with global stakeholders, particularly teams based in Germany.  

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a service-oriented mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth CRM operations, resolving user issues, maintaining data quality, supporting business processes, and driving continuous improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:  • Support the daily operation of Salesforce environment as our main CRM platform.  

  • Respond to Salesforce-related questions, requests, and issues from stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other business teams.

 

  • Manage, track, and update support tickets in Jira, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders.

 

  • Troubleshoot user issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams.

 

  • Support user management, data quality, basic configuration, reporting, and process-related requests in Salesforce.

 

  • Document in Confluence solutions, processes, known issues, and user guidance to improve knowledge sharing and reduce repeated requests.

 

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Germany and other international locations to understand business needs and priorities.

 

  • Help identify opportunities to improve Salesforce usability, data consistency, and business process efficiency

 

  • Ensure requests are handled professionally, accurately, and in line with agreed priorities and service expectations.

 

Required Skills:  Must-Have:  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce, in an administrator role.  

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and other Salesforce Certifications

 

  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM data model, including users, accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports, dashboards, permission concepts and configuration.

 

  • Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, validation rules, flows, or basic automation.

 

  • Experience with Sales and Service Cloud

 

  • Experience working with Jira (Ticketing system), Confluence (Documentation System) and PowerBI (Data Visualisation software).

 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to respond clearly and professionally to business stakeholders.

 

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

 

  • Comfortable working with international teams across different cultures and time zones.

 

  • Ability to work German business hours to support stakeholders based in Germany.

 

  • Structured, service-oriented working style with strong attention to detail.

 

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and ask the right questions when requirements are unclear.

 

Good to Have:  • Additional Salesforce certifications.  

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quote-to-cash solutions.

 

  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations teams.

 

  • Knowledge of CRM data governance, data quality management, and user adoption initiatives.

 

  • Experience working within SaaS, Software Product, or Technology organizations.

 

  • Exposure to supporting European or German business stakeholders.

 

  • Understanding of business process documentation and workflow optimization.
