Why we are looking for support

We are looking for support in the function of a Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to grow our development team. 

To give you more insights of your working environment, on the organization level you will work on a regular basis in a team of 5-10 developers to gather ideas & improve already existing processes. On a project level you will work in an agile project team of 4-7 people, depending on the project size, to deliver projects to our clients.

Your tasks

  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and customization (e.g., Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies).
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze and assign user stories, and identify/resolve gaps in functional requirements.
  • Adhere to defined coding standards, ensuring the development of well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code.
  • Perform independent code reviews and develop robust unit/integration test cases to achieve at least 85% code coverage.
  • Debug and resolve issues, ensuring smooth performance of solutions in both pre-production and production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce innovations and contribute to internal initiatives and team growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce Developer role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience with Salesforce standard development tooling: Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extension Pack.
  • Proven ability to automate processes with Salesforce tools, such as Flows and Formulas.
  • Experience developing robust test classes and achieving comprehensive code coverage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
  • English language skills are a must.
