ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer who enjoys solving complex workflow problems rather than simply producing UI screens.

You'll work alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and the wider Design team to create enterprise software used by some of the world's largest construction organisations.

This role combines product thinking, UX research, interaction design, information architecture and modern AI-assisted design practices.

You will own design work from discovery through delivery, helping transform complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible and commercially valuable experiences.

Ready to use AI to increase the quality of output across all areas of UX, including: User Research Synthesis & Ideation, Personas, User Flows, Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Visual Design & Prototypes, Usability Testing & Accessibility Review, UX Copywriting & Microcopy, and Design QA & Handoff

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in ambiguity, influencing product direction, collaborating closely with engineering and using evidence—not opinion—to drive design decisions.

Reporting Line

– Reports directly to the Head of UX & Product Design for design direction, UX strategy, design quality, AI-first design practices, user research, accessibility, design system governance, and performance development

– Works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, QA, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and client stakeholders to ensure product decisions are grounded in user needs, aligned with business priorities, technically feasible, and delivered to a high standard.
