abra is hiring for our Digital & Information Systems Division!

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join our team and lead strategic digital and information systems initiatives in a large and complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end projects from initiation, planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technological solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and multiple organizational interfaces
  • Lead systems analysis activities, including requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and implement innovative digital solutions
  • Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and successful project delivery
  • Promote efficiency, service excellence, and enhanced user experience through technology

Requirements

  • ✔ 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
  • ✔ 2+ years of experience managing projects in Information Systems environments
  • ✔ Proven experience leading complex projects from requirements through implementation
  • ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ✔ Experience working with both business and technological stakeholders
  • ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization), or equivalent qualification
  • ✔ Alternative qualifications: Bachelor's degree in another field along with at least 300 academic hours in Information Systems studies, or a Practical Engineering diploma in Computers/Technology
  • ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ✔ Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required

Location: Haifa (Hybrid)
