Global CRM Program Lead – Salesforce Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Global CRM Program Lead to drive and coordinate a large-scale Salesforce CRM implementation across an international organization.

The role focuses on digital transformation, CRM governance, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across multiple global markets.

You will lead the end-to-end CRM implementation program, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, external implementation partners, and dedicated CRM specialists to ensure successful deployment and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global Salesforce CRM implementation and rollout program.

• Drive CRM transformation, change management, communication, and user adoption.

• Develop and maintain CRM governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and operating models.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective CRM solutions.

• Coordinate CRM training, testing, deployment, and post-launch hypercare activities.

• Manage cross-functional collaboration between business teams, IT, global markets, and external vendors.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and business process alignment.

• Monitor project milestones, KPIs, risks, and business value realization.

• Ensure consistent CRM processes and sustainable adoption across international markets.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, or business transformation.

• Proven experience leading global CRM implementation or rollout programs.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or comparable enterprise CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and commercial operations.

• Experience managing business transformation and organizational change initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.

• Strong program governance, roadmap planning, and vendor management capabilities.

• Experience facilitating workshops, training coordination, and user adoption initiatives.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce implementation or CRM transformation experience in large international organizations.

• Experience with CRM data quality, migration, and process standardization.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

• Experience with CRM adoption metrics, KPI monitoring, and business value tracking.

• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration processes.
