Pella Corporation is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our IT Business Analyst Internship in Pella, Iowa.

Business analysts play a key role in how new technology reaches the people who use it. At Pella, we're implementing modern systems that improve how our teams work, and success depends on understanding user needs, supporting adoption, and connecting business teams with the technical teams who build and support these solutions.

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting a major ERP technology migration while working alongside experienced IT professionals. Interns gain practical experience in system implementation, user enablement, and technical support while building technical and professional skills that prepare them for future careers in information technology and business analysis.

If you're eager to learn, enjoy solving problems, and want to help people get the most out of new technology, we'd love to connect with you.

  • Serve as a communication link between business users and technical teams
  • Support testing, data validation, and cutover activities as the new platform is rolled out
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to an individual internship project and collaborate with fellow interns on a cross-functional project focused on improving a business process or solution

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and technical concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or supporting other people's use of technology, including campus IT help desk or service desk work, peer tutoring, or student technology roles
