About DP Electric
DP Electric is a premier commercial electrical contractor with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex electrical projects across Arizona, Texas, and the Southwest. As a 100% employee-owned company, we serve a diverse range of markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, higher education, commercial, and industrial.
At the heart of DP Electric’s success is its dedication to cultivating industry-leading talent. Through our in-house training program, DP University, we equip employees with advanced skills and expertise to meet the ever-changing demands of modern construction. By combining technical excellence with a client-first approach, we continue to set the standard for electrical contracting in the Southwest.
The Opportunity
The Assistant Project Manager keeps electrical construction projects moving from planning through closeout. You will manage billing, budgets, timelines, and progress tracking, prepare the procedures crews work from, and stay close enough to the detail to catch problems while they are still small.
You will support several projects at once, working alongside project managers and coordinating across field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors. The work runs from purchase orders and submittals through change order logs and time and material vouchers, and what you bring to it is accuracy at volume, because a project team can only move as fast as its paperwork can be trusted.
