The Role

As a Product Designer, you will partner with product management and engineering to develop a strong point of view on our users, their challenges, and the product features we need to deliver to meet their needs. You will be challenging and pushing our software experiences further - continuously identifying opportunities for making complex engineering tasks intuitive and easy to use. You’ll join a team of design-thinking UX professionals revolutionizing industrial engineering software.

Your Impact

  • Identify complex design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Develop deep product knowledge and empathy to our users
  • Collaborate with development and product management to produce data-driven designs
  • Create user journeys, page flows, prototypes, and help implement your designs to pixel perfection
  • Test, learn, and iterate on everything you do alongside product peers
  • Execute research on new design paradigms and leverage industry standards
  • Use our Design System to compose accessible and consistent experiences

What You'll Need

  • Exceptional portfolio of multiple design projects
  • 2+ years of proven experience in designing web products 
  • Degree in human-centered design, computer science, research, psychology, or related
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems, design phenomenal customer experiences, and produce strong customer and business outcomes
  • Professional experience with using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • A systems-thinker, able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns/behaviors
  • Eye for clean, visually impactful designs that are current and fresh
  • English fluency (written and verbal) is required
  • A working knowledge of US companies would be beneficial
  • Experience designing enterprise software is a plus

The salary range for this role is $81,800.00 - $102,300.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
